Cancellation policy varies for each Centaur Biomechanics service:
Rider Biomechanics: A 360 Approach, Biomechanics Based Coaching, Equine Gait Analysis and Rider Pilates Sessions:
- Individual: Rider Biomechanics - A 360 Approach, Biomechanics Based Coaching, Equine Gait Analysis and Rider Pilates - full payment is required if the session is cancelled within 24-hours.
- Clinic Hosts: Rider Biomechanics - A 360 Approach, Biomechanics Based Coaching, Equine Gait Analysis and Rider Pilates - full payment (session number x 8) is required if the clinic is cancelled within 2 weeks of the clinic date.
- Please note that there may be additional arena charges which should be discussed with the clinic host/organiser.
Webinars and Online Courses:
- Full payment is required if canclled within 7-days of the webinar/online course being broadcatsed. Refunds will not be given once the session has started to be broadcasted.
In-Person Courses:
- Full refunds are given when spaces are cancelled with at least one month's notice before the start of the course.
- If cancelled within one month of the course date no refunds are given unless the space is filled.
